Who we are

These terms apply to payments made through payments.topc.social and to the products listed on this site. They are offered by The One Percent Company (TOPC), a sole proprietorship owned by Kamal Khatwani. Our address and contact details are on the Contact page.

What we sell

We sell the digital products listed on the home page, at the price shown on each product's page, in Indian rupees (INR). A product's page describes what you get.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You enter your payment details on Razorpay's page. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery

Our products are digital. Each product's page says how you receive it, and it is available to you straight after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Your content

You are responsible for the information you put into a product. Only include information you are allowed to share, and for another person's details, only with their permission. Each product's page says where your content is kept.

Refunds

Changes

We may change these terms or a product's price. A change applies from the date shown at the top of the page and does not affect a payment you have already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
